Libyan Customs Authority issues exchange rates for other currencies to be used specifically for calculating customs duties

London, 15 March 2021:

Following the decision by the Libyan government yesterday to set a specific exchange rate to be applied by the Customs Authority in calculating customs duties on imports, today it published the applicable exchange rate for other main currencies. [restrict paid=”true”]

 

  1. US dollar – LD 2.12
  2. Euro – LD 2.52
  3. Pound Sterling – LD 2.95
  4. Canadian dollar – LD 1.67
  5. Saudi Riyal – LD 0.56
  6. Emirati Dirham – LD 0.57
  7. Tunisian Dinar – LD 0.76
  8. Moroccan Dirham – LD 0.23
  9. Turkish Lira – LD 0.28
  10. Egyptian Pound – LD 0.13 [/restrict]
