The Deputy Minister reviewed the efforts made by his Ministry to develop work mechanisms in Municipalities and transfer experiences of developed countries to support Municipal councils.

According to the Ministry, Italy’s Ambassador affirmed his country’s keenness to support stability in Libya through the implementation of a number of development programmes in remote cities, the most important of which is the agricultural sector and economic recovery.

The Ministry also reported that the two countries also agreed to accelerate the signing of the new agreement to target a number of municipalities in different regions of the country without exception.
