The possibility of twinning seven Libyan and Turkish municipalities was discussed yesterday as part of Turkish Minister of Environment and Urban Planning, Murat Korum’s meeting with Tripoli’s Acting Local Government Minister Abdelbari Shinbaro in the Libyan capital.
The transfer of Turkish expertise to Libya, in addition to developing local work in a way that advances the municipalities, in addition to establishing an agreement for the municipal guard between the two sides were also discussed.
