The Information Office of the Attorney General’s Office reported yesterday that the Investigation Department of the Attorney General’s Office ordered the imprisonment of both the Director of the Therapeutic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Health and his assistant, the Tripoli based official state news agency LANA reported yesterday.
The imprisonment order also included staff from the Inpatient Treatment Department.
They were all charged with failing to save and maintain public funds due to lack of medical scrutiny of the financial demands referred from private clinics in accordance with medical assets.
