The Arab Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) announced yesterday that three foreign contractors will complete the implementation of two power generation units in the Sarir oilfield.
The company said that its chairman held a virtual meeting on Wednesday with representatives of Soler, AMA and Renco companies about the power units which have exceeded a 91 percent completion rate.
The meeting discussed the possibility of engineers and representatives of foreign companies coming to the Sarir oilfield site to supervise the final technical testing stages immediately after the end of the coronavirus crisis in Libya which has led to the closure of its airports.
