Tripoli has started to paint the first batch of its taxis yellow as was decreed by its Interior Minister Fathi Bashagha in March.
Based upon that decree the Director of Tripoli Security Directorate ordered the painting of a number of taxis in yellow at the expense of the Ministry of Interior.
On Thursday, five cars were painted yellow and released on the streets of Tripoli. It is planned that all the country’s taxis are to be painted yellow in future.
