Another member of the Libyan National Commission for Human Rights has been seized by gunmen in . . .[restrict]Tripoli. Hamza Ahmed Abdel-Hakim, the group’s rapporteur, was abducted yesterday, the commission has said. It gave no further details of the kidnapping.
In February two other senior NCHR figures, Alhadi Ben Taleb and a board member Ali Alosta were grabbed by gunmen in broad daylight in Tripoli’s Almadar Street. [/restrict]
