Tunis, 3 March 2015:
It is reported that a team of Tunisian consular officials led by Ibrahim Al-Rizgi is . . .[restrict]now in Tripoli preparing to reopen their country’s consulate.
Foreign ministry sources in Tunis are insisting that the consulate will only be concerning itself with the trade-related matters and the interests of Tunisians still living and working in Libya.
Libya Dawn however is taking the return of these consular officials as de facto recognition of the legitimacy of the rump of the old General National Congress and the antigovernment that it appointed under Omer Al-Hassi. [/restrict]
