Tripoli, 6 June 2014:
Almost a thousand people arriving at Tripoli International Airport with forged visas have been caught in . . .[restrict]the past few days according to the Ministry of Interior. All had arrived from Cairo and Alexandria.
According to the Ministry’s Facebook page, all 959 have since been sent back to the two Egyptian cities on the same airline on which they arrived.
It was not named but was reportedly fined LD 10,000 by the Civil Aviation Authority.
This discovery the 959 forged visas came less than one month after 161 Egyptians passengers who were said to be traveling on fake visas were sent back to Alexandria. [/restrict]
