Benghazi, 6 November 2013:
The major in Benghazi’s General Intelligence unit, Busaifi Mabrouk Al-Moughrabi, whose car was targeted this morning with . . .[restrict]an explosive device, has died from injuries sustained in the blast.
Moughrabi, who was 44, died this afternoon in Benghazi’s Jalaa Hospital, after undergoing emergency surgery, a family member confirmed to the Libya Herald. [/restrict]
