A two-day old baby boy discovered on a Benghazi rubbish heap is recovering tonight in the . . .[restrict]city’s Children’s Hospital.
According to emergency doctors who treated him, the infant, dumped near an Allied military cemetery in the Al-Fuwayhat district, showed signs of strangulation and had bruises on his head. It is reported that there was a label with a name on his leg, which may be that of the mother. Police are investigating. [/restrict]
