Tripoli, 23 October:
Gharian local council sent a relief convoy on Monday to the nearby town of Al-Urban to help displaced families . . .[restrict]from Bani Walid. It consisted of six ambulances and two trucks with food, baby milk and medicines.
A regional centre to process relief aid has been set up in Al-Urban, north of Gharian at the junction of the Gharian-Tripoli and the Gharian-Tarhouna roads. It is being run in coordination with charities from all over Libya.
Large number of Bani Walid evacuees have been heading to Tarhouna. Many are being accommodated there but others are moving on to Tripoli. [/restrict]
