Tripoli, 5 April 2015:

Concern is growing for an Indian IT professional working in Tripoli on a registration database, . . .[restrict]who has not been heard of for a week.

Reji Joseph is alleged to have been seized at his office in the Civil Registration Authority along with a number of other unnamed colleagues.
