Benghazi, 2 December 2013:
A young member of the Preventative Security Force in Benghazi, Misbah Gbaylli, was shot dead this morning.
The 21-year old . . .[restrict]was shot twice in the head outside his house in the Wahaishe district of the city, a local security source told the Libya Herald. Gbaylli was rushed to Benghazi’s Al-Jalaa hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
This is the second early-morning killing of security personnel in two days. Yesterday, Air Force NCO Salah Idrissy was shot dead outside his house in front of his young son. [/restrict]
