In an Islamic New Year greeting, the French embassy in Tripoli has called on Libyans . . .[restrict]to persevere with their efforts to build democratic institutions and do so through dialogue, participation and tolerance.
In the message, issued today on the occasion of the new Hijra year, 1435, the embassy said it wished all Libyans good health, peace, success and happiness. [/restrict]
