Tripoli Chamber hosts B2B meetings with Tunisian trade delegation

The Tripoli Chamber of Commerce hosted B2B meetings between its members and a Tunisian trade delegation at its Tripoli headquarters today.

The meetings were held in the presence of the President of the General Assembly of the Tripoli Chamber of Commerce, the Ambassador of Tunisia to Libya, several members of the Chamber’s Management Committee and representatives of the Tunisian Export Promotion Centre (Centre de Promotion des Exportations de la Tunisie – CEPEX).

Tripoli Chamber reported that the extensive meetings between its affiliated businessmen and the delegation sought to create investment opportunities and economic partnerships between companies from the two countries.

The Tunisian delegation included several companies specialised in the fields of:

Contracting
Construction
Building materials and pipes industry

The Tunisian Ambassador to Libya, Tripoli Chamber reported, stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation relations and economic partnership between the two countries and motivating businessmen and investors to move forward and provide them with support and assistance to facilitate their commercial activities.

The Tunisian companies made a series of introductory presentations to their Libyan counterparts followed by B2B meetings to discuss and identify opportunities through which partnerships and commercial agreements can be concluded.
