More than 200 Libyan business leaders will be participating in the 4th edition of the Tunisian-Libyan Economic Forum, Sfax 12 to 13 October, organisers the Tunisian African Business Council (TABC) reported yesterday.
The TABC reported that Libya’s Minister of Industry and Minerals, Ahmed Abuhisa, has confirmed his attendance. It also reported that this edition will mark the active participation of the Misrata Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture as the guest of honour with a high-level delegation of Libyan economic operators.
The TABC has now released the itinerary of day one of workshops, which reads as follows:
Workshop 1:
The role of the desert road: Misrata, Sebha, Ghadames, to penetrate the sub-Saharan African markets and how to put in place a joint logistic strategy to develop bilateral trade with African states.
Workshop 2:
Developing alternative energy and making Libya and Tunisia one of the most important suppliers to Europe.
Workshop 3:
The role of free zones in developing commercial trade between Libya and Tunisia.
