Misrata Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Libya Trade Network, organized, last Saturday (21 February) at its Misrata headquarters, a workshop on ‘‘Implementation of the Unified Digital System and the Sub-Components of the PTS System for Trade’’,
The workshop was delivered by Mohamed Al-Darwish, Chairman of the Libya Trade Network., in the presence of several Directors and employees of the Chamber, businessmen, and owners of companies supplying and exporting goods of various kinds.
This workshop aimed to introduce the system, as well as the pre-registration of shipments, and the technical procedures necessary to ensure compliance with the system, in a way that contributes to facilitating import and export operations, accelerating the release of shipments, and enhancing transparency in trade procedures.
The workshop comes within the framework of the Chamber’s continuous efforts to support its members and keep pace with the regulatory procedures in the trade sector, and provide the necessary awareness to ensure the proper application of modern systems, in order to serve the business environment for local companies and contribute to the development of commercial activity.
