Toyota Libya welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation at its headquarters in the Misrata Free Zone yesterday. A formal meeting was held between the two parties, culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation in training and skills development.

The memorandum includes the accreditation of certificates for the “Discover Your Talent” training programme, organized and supervised by Toyota Libya. Toyota Libya said this accreditation reflects the company’s commitment to social responsibility and its support for empowering Libyan youth and enhancing their skills. It will provide graduates of the programme with greater opportunities to enter the job market and utilize their acquired skills.

The delegation also toured Toyota Libya’s facilities, including various departments and the training centre, to observe the capabilities and equipment used in implementing the training programmes.

Toyota Libya said this initiative is part of strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors and supporting initiatives aimed at developing the capabilities of Libyan youth.
