REAoL workshop on PPP in the renewables sector -to be held soon

The Renewable Energy Authority of Libya (REAoL) announced last Saturday (8 November) the organization of a specialized workshop in the coming period entitled: ‘‘Mechanisms for Participation and Investment between the Public and Private Sectors in the Field of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency and the Challenges Facing Them’’.

REAoL says this workshop comes within the framework of implementing the National Strategy for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency and based on its vision to enhance the role of the private sector as a key partner in building a clean energy future in Libya.

It also comes in recognition of REAoL’s commitment to empowering the private sector to be an active partner in leading a new phase of investment in renewable energy and energy efficiency, and building a secure and sustainable energy future for Libya.

The workshop aims to:
