Preparatory Committee for 30th session of the Libyan-Italian Economic Forum holds second meeting

‎The Tripoli based Libyan government reported today that the Preparatory Committee for the 30th session of the Libyan-Italian Economic Forum held its second meeting to follow up on the preparations for the launch of the forum next November, in the presence of the National Centre for Standardization and Standards and the Ministry of Economy and Trade.‎

‎During the meeting, held at the Cabinet Office in Tripoli, the adoption of the proposed areas of the forum by the private sector in the two countries, the proposed economic and bilateral salons, and the industrial and trade exhibitions proposed by the Libyan and Italian sides were reviewed.‎

‎It was agreed to increase coordination between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the two countries to ensure ‎‎the active participation of businessmen and manufacturers, provide a good economic and commercial opportunity for the Libyan private sector, and benefit from the forum in creating partnerships and cooperation with the Italian side.‎
