Libyan European Forum for Transport and Telecoms to be held in Malta from 30 to 31 January 2026

The third annual Libyan European Transport, Communications and Information Technology Forum is scheduled to be held in Malta from January 30 to 31 January 2026.

The event will be under the sponsorship of the Libyan Telecommunications Holding Company, the Ministry of Transport, and the supervision of the General Union of Libyan Chambers.

The organisers say numerous national and international companies and institutions in the transport and communications sector will participate in this edition.

The forum will also feature presentations and an exhibition on modern and advanced technologies in this sector and related fields.

  • Safety systems and cyber security
  • Digital unification in air, sea, and land freight sectors
  • Secure databases and data storage
  • Training, qualification, and human resource development
  • Technical support and routine maintenance for all sectors
  • Infrastructure development and the role of construction companies, engineering offices, and consulting firms
