Toyota Libya announced last Sunday (24 August) that it had started training eight Libyan trainees in bodywork and painting.

The training will take place at its Misrata Free Zone headquarters as part of its fifth batch of the “Discover Your Talent” training programme.

The apprentices will be trained in the basics of bodywork and painting skills for eight weeks under the supervision of Toyota Japan-certified trainers at a Toyota-equipped training centre.

Toyota says it is implementing these activities as part of its contribution to the development of Libyan youth and their integration into the labour market.
