Libya’s Administrative Control Authority (ACA), the oversight agency for state-sector employees, announced on 23 December that it had suspended the head of the Libyan Asset Recovery and Management Office (LARMO).
The suspension came through a decision issued by ACA Chairman Abdullah Gaderboh, No. (1234) of 2024 ‘‘for reasons and requirements of the public interest’’.
The ACA said this comes in pursuant to the provisions of Article (31) of Law No. (20) of 2013 and its amendments and its executive regulations.
