Several banking operations suspended due to CBL crisis

CBL receives results from meetings with international banks

Several banking operations were suspended yesterday due to the Central Bank of Libya‎ (CBL) crisis, ATIB and Nuran banks announced.

ATIB reported yesterday that all financial services provided and passed through the CBL have ceased, as follows:‎

‎1- ‎‎Purchase of foreign currency.‎

‎2- Acceptance of Sukuk.‎

‎3- Implementation of local transfers. ‎
