Libyan media widely reported today that the Tripoli Court of Appeal ruled to invalidate the October 2022 memorandum of understanding between Libya (signed by the current Tripoli based government) and Turkey on cooperation in the hydrocarbon energy sector.
Libyan media reports that the court did not express any opinion on its grounds for invalidation.
