Tripoli, 27 October 2021:

Australian company APW met the head of Libya’s Privatization and Investment Company (PIB) last Sunday to discuss investment in alternative and renewable energies.

The PIB reported that APW is one of the leading companies in clean and renewable energies such as solar and wind energy – whether gas-powered or ordinary energy.

During this meeting, appropriate investment opportunities were discussed to exploit these investments and value offers in line with the needs and requirements of the Libyan state.

The PIB welcomed this cooperation and investment offer as an important, vital and essential investment field for establishing and activating many different investment projects.

The localization of alternative and renewable energy investments is an important and necessary factor in supporting all service sectors and future investment projects, the PIB said.
