Libya’s projects market is promising – worth US$ 9.2 bn: Libya Build 2021

London, 3 October 2021:

The organizers of Libya Build 2021 report that Libya’s projects market continues to be a promising investment for both local and international players.

About US$ 9.2bn of major projects are planned or underway in Libya. Of these, about US$ 8bn of projects are under construction, with US$ 1.2bn planned.

There are currently around 2,000 active projects.

The construction and gas sectors together account for about 97 per cent of all projects planned or underway in Libya.

The organizers say it is the biggest construction expo in North Africa.

Libya Build 2021 will run from 4-7 October 2021 at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds.
