London, 24 August 2021:
Libya’s Airports Authority (LAA) reported Sunday that U.S. company Culmen International launched in Istanbul on the same day a training course entitled Civil Aviation Security Management.
The five-day course included the participation of the Civil Aviation Authority’s Steering Committee, the Airports Authority, the General Managers of Mitiga, Tripoli, Misrata, Sebha and Benina airports, aviation security trainers and representatives of the security services operating at airports.
The LAA reported that the training programme will be approved by the Civil Aviation Authority and a training plan will be developed for aviation security trainers qualified by Culemen International to enable them to implement training programmes for all personnel concerned with the implementation of civil aviation security measures.
