London, 12 March 2021:

The Official Spokesperson for the House of Representatives (HoR), Abdulla Belheeg, announced today that Monday’s (15 March) House of Representatives (HoR) session will now be held in Tobruk and Not Benghazi.

It will be recalled that the Media Office of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba, had announced on Wednesday (10 March) that his ministers will take the constitutional oath next Monday at a House of Representatives session in Benghazi.

It had also stated that the session that follows the constitutional oath session will be devoted to approving the 2021 state budget and will be held before HoR members in Tripoli.
