Libya’s Tripoli Ministry of Interior announced on Thursday (31 December) that its Passports Authority had signed an agreement with IBM to develop its electronic visa system.
The Ministry of Interior said that this agreement aims to upgrade and raise the level of security and technical work in the Ministry and to establish a comprehensive plan to provide advanced high-standard databases and electronic systems.
