The breakaway Tripoli-based House of Representatives (HoR) held a seminar entitled “The role of economic policies in stabilizing the Libyan economy” at the Rixos Centre in Tripoli on 30 December.
The event was organized by the Tripoli HoR’s Planning, Finance and General Budget Committee, in cooperation with the University of Zitouna.
Participants reviewed several research papers and studies and opened the debate on the role of economic policies in stabilizing the Libyan economy.
Tripoli HoR head, Ahmed Siala, and a number of ministers, officials and economic stakeholders, attended the event, the Tripoli HoR reported.
