London, 12 March 2019:

The EU Delegation to Libya reported that it had held what it called an ‘’Impressive and extensive meeting’’ last Sunday with Tripoli’s Chamber of Commerce.

The meeting included a number of Libyan business leaders and the Libyan Centre for Promotion of Exports.

The Eu Delegation reported that ‘’Frank discussions on overcoming the challenges of diversifying the Libyan economy, supporting and training young entrepreneurs and creating a business enabling environment for the Libyan private sector’’. No further details were reported.
