A Rada (“deterrence” forces) commander was killed in in a shooting incident in Tripoli yesterday. . . .[restrict]According to the Rada Facebook page, Lieutenant Abdulmuttalib Bourguiba was shot dead by while chasing a group of “wanted criminals”.
They had fled to one of the city’s residential areas, it said but did not name it nor who was being chased. According to sources, he had been based in the downtown area.
From Tripoli’s eastern suburb of Suq Al-Juma, he was buried there after sunset prayers. [/restrict]
