Gharyan Municipal Council . . .[restrict]has set up a complaints office to enable local residents to be in touch with officials about the quality of services provided by it and any other relevant issue.
According the council’s Director of Public Relations and Media, Zia Gashout, residents can either go to the office at the council headquarters during working hours or call the hotline – 091 383 6618.
