Ghariyan, 18 March 2015:

The Ghariyan municipal council appointed new directors to several sub-municipalities this week.

The following were approved . . .[restrict]to take over the functions of sub-municipality directors:

A selection committee reviewed applicants’ files and conducted personal interviews for the positions, which are necessary for helping to sort out a number of local problems in the sub-municipalities.

A swearing-in ceremony was held in the town hall which included the distribution of certificates of appreciation for previous holders of these offices.
