Waleed Khalifa, the supervising engineer, confirmed to the Libya Herald that tower Number Sx in the Tagherna area has now gone online and will provide internet coverage for that area.

Khalifa added that towers in Gubaa, Mughariba and Kaliba should also soon be online, as soon as a fourth tower that connects the three is installed. Another tower, in Sheyabeen, needs further work before being ready to be activated.
