The NOC reported yesterday the first shipment of Sirtica oil from its Harouj port in Ras . . .[restrict]Lanuf belonging to Harouj for the first time in more than a year.
The shipment was destined for an Italian port and the client was Austrian company OMV, the NOC reported.
