Tripoli 23 July 2014:
Despite the serious security situation in the capital, security forces yesterday managed to score a small victory for . . .[restrict]law and order. Last night they arrested six thieves who the day before had destroyed pumps at a petrol station in the city’s Mansoura district and then started syphoning off the fuel.
The young men, who are residents of the area, were so sure of themselves that they ignored others in the station photographing them.
However, they were recognised and the local deterrent force, Quwat Al-Rada, arrested them. They are now under lock and key.
