Volunteers from the Red Crescent and the International Committee of the Red Cross today checked . . .[restrict]on illegal immigrants detained at a centre in Tripoli.
Inmates were given medical checks, medicines and extra food. The volunteers also helped some of the detainees get in touch with their families using mobile phones and emails. [/restrict]
