A fire broke out near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs this morning. Although plumes of black smoke were . . .[restrict]seen billowing near the Ministry buildings, no serious damage appears to have been caused.
Initial reports, including by CNN, said that the fire was in the grounds of the Ministry. However, eye-witnesses have since claimed, on social media networks, that the fire was in fact at a neighbouring building which was formerly the Green Book Centre.
