Tripoli, 4 September 2013:
Tripoli’s Shara Mizran, one of the main streets in the city centre, was closed this evening . . .[restrict]because of fighting between two rival local youth gangs. No one was reported injured. The fighting had nothing to do with protests about the water and electricity cuts in the city, despite claims on social media sites.
The police were called in to break up the clashes, which they did. No one was arrested. [/restrict]
