Tripoli, 1 June 2013:
Four large trucks laden with hundreds of sacks of sugar, thought to be unfit for . . .[restrict]human consumption, were stopped and seized on the approaches to Zliten on Friday.
The interception was carried out by military police and municipal guards. The drivers were arrested and samples of the sugar sent off for analysis. It is not yet clear from where the consignments originated.
