Tripoli, 3 February:
One man was killed and two companions injured after their vehicle was chased by a Supreme Security Committee patrol . . .[restrict]in Tazirbu, 250 km North-West of Kufra. The president of the Kufra SCC, Captain Mashallah Abdul Hamid told the Libyan news agency LANA that the driver of the vehicle had refused to stop on Saturday at an overnight check point and been pursued. The dead man was reportedly armed.
