Tripoli, 16 September 2012:
Polling station opened on Saturday in Sorman to elect a local council. However, turnout was reported as low.
The reasons . . .[restrict]for the reluctance to vote are said to be dissatisfaction with the quality of candidates. There are 40 of them.
Residents have been complaining that the they are all below standard and have no experience in local politics and running the council.
The results are expected in the next couple of days. [/restrict]
