The Presidency Council has re-appointed Ahmed Sadiq Al-Jehani as Libya’s representative to the International Criminal Court . . .[restrict](ICC) in The Hague.
Jehani was previously Libya’s representative to the ICC although the Thinni government in Beida decided to replace him inin April 2015 by the former justice minister for the National Transitional Council, Mohamed Allaghi.
Allaghi, the head of Libya’s National Council for Civil Liberties and Human Rights, opted not to take up the post, however. [/restrict]
