Prominent Ahly Benghazi volleyball supporter Ahmed Karghali, who was seized in Tripoli last week along . . .[restrict]with a number of other club supporters, was reported to have been released today.
A member of the club told the Libya Herald that Karghali, known as “the Pharoah” had been released early this morning and had arrived in his home city this evening.
He and other supporters were taken after the Ahly team played against Swehli Misrata in final of the 2016 volleyball championship. [/restrict]
