Benghazi, 28 March 2014:
A Sudanese man was shot dead this evening by two robbers at a general . . .[restrict]store in central Benghazi’s Giuliana district.
The man, who has not so far been named, was working at the store when the two entered the shop and tried to steal money from the till, according to a source in Saiqa special forces. When he refused to hand over the cash and started to fight them, they shot him dead and then fled.
The dead man’s brother was also at the store and witnessed the incident.
The victim’s body has been transferred to Benghazi Medical Centre. [/restrict]
