A workshop on debate started in Benghazi on 21 December and ends today. The British Council-sponsored . . .[restrict]project is organised by Shabab Arshedni, a youth organisation that purports to raise awareness and disseminate the culture of dialogue among all segments of society, especially Libyan youth.
The workshop aims at giving participants the necessary skills to take part in the art of debate, open new horizons for members and identify the methods and ways to engage in the field of debate.
The workshop provided British Council-sanctioned trainers in the field. It is also supported by Young Arab Voices organisation and Anna Lindh Foundation.
