The Libyan Ifta Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and the Ministry of Local . . .[restrict]Government is organizing a seminar in Sebha entitled, “Constitution prospects and hopes”. It will take place at 9 am on Thursday, 27 December, 2012 at the town’s Public Theatre.
The Ifta Office says it is inviting local councils in the south, preachers at mosques, scholars, faculty members of Sebha University, as well as political parties, security and army officials and all other affiliated battalions, civil society organizations, trades unions, members of educational inspection boards and civil society organisations interested in the Constitution to join the discussions “in preparation for the building of the state of law and citizenship to which we all aspire”.
